Kess Ajobor is a senior business executive, real estate consultant, and human resources professional with multidisciplinary experience spanning real estate, telecommunications, logistics, and agribusiness. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director of Treaster Properties, where he provides strategic leadership, oversees corporate governance, and drives sustainable growth and value creation.
Kess has a strong background in human resources management and business consulting, having held senior roles across multiple sectors. He served as Head, Human Resources Management at Reftop Homes, where he led people strategy, organizational development, and performance management. His prior professional experience includes working with MTN Nigeria as a Sales Consultant, 9mobile as a Customer Service Executive, Piza Logistics as a Manager, and as Human Resources Manager at different times with Providential Farm and Patro Farm.
In addition to his executive responsibilities, Kess has consulted for several real estate firms across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, and Dubai, providing advisory services in workforce structuring, operational efficiency, and investment readiness. He is recognized for his strategic insight, people-centric leadership, and commitment to strong corporate governance and long-term stakeholder value.

In his role as a Non-Executive Director, Samuel brings a wealth of legal insight and governance expertise to the board, ensuring sound decision-making and adherence to best practices in corporate oversight. His commitment to ethical leadership and sustainable business practices has contributed significantly to the growth and resilience of organizations he serves.
Samuel holds a degree in Law and is duly accredited to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor. His professional experience spans corporate advisory, transactional law, and board governance across Nigeria and the West African region.
Prof. Jude Etunimonuwa Ogala

Professor Jude Etunimonuwa Ogala is a distinguished academic and researcher with extensive expertise in petroleum geology, geochemistry, and sedimentology. He is a faculty member at Delta State University, Abraka, where he has contributed to teaching, research, and institutional development for over two decades. Professor Ogala is a Fellow of the Geological Society of London (FGS), member of the Nigerian Mining and Geoscience Society, Life member of the Geological Society of Africa, member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologist, member of the International Association of Sedimentologists, member of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists, member of the Nigerian Association of Hydrogeologists, member of the Society of Petroleum Explorationists, and a Registered Geoscientist with the Council of Mining Engineers and Geoscientists.
Professor Ogala holds a PhD from the University of Ibadan and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in reputable international journals, with research focused on basin analysis, sedimentary systems, and hydrocarbon potential in Nigerian basins. His scholarly work is widely cited and recognized within the geosciences community.
Beyond academia, he has held departmental and research leadership roles and provides advisory input to institutions on research development and strategic planning. Professor Ogala brings strong analytical insight, governance experience, and intellectual rigor to board and advisory engagements.
IGHORO Alexander

IGHORO, Alexander, an Academia, Public Policy Analyst, is also a Strategic HumanResource Management Practitioner and Workplace Productivity Coach. He holds a PhD from the Federal University of Technology Akure with Specialization in Rural Development, Master degree from the University of Benin and Bachelors from the University of Calabar. A man of many parts, he is also a consummate Human Resource Management Professional and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria Council Committee on Professional Development and Learning. His core interest are in Leadership, Corporate Governance, Training and Development, Performance management, Organizational design, Corporate Strategy, and global business development. In the last 30 years Ighoro have actively provided cutting edge advisory services in leadership, Strategic Planning, Corporate governance, Career Development, Performance Management, Systems and Structure Development among others to organisations and high profile individuals. He has also facilitated several leadership and management trainings/courses and also participated in non-contact courses at the University of Reading and Strathclyde all in the United Kingdom. Ighoro is also a distinguished Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered)NIM, and Full Member, the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD). He has been a part of planning and execution of critical and highly strategic assignments in these bodies. He loves providing mentorship and coaching services to young people and have under his tutelage over 20 young and middle level career professionals.
